Is every cross Made In America?

Yes, we handcarve and handcraft each cross by hand in our woodshop in Bend, Oregon. For more, see Made in the USA.

 

How will the crosses age?

The beauty of wood is that it ages with grace and beauty. In wood, old is better and the aging process is encouraged. We believe these processes add character.

 

How long will it take to get my cross?

All crosses are shipped as soon as the cross is ready. Transit for most shipments is 2 to 3 business days, shipped Priority Mail from Bend, Oregon.

We can rush ship your cross. Contact us and we’ll do everything we can to work with you and get it to you on time for that special occasion.

WHAT IF I HAVE MY CROSS PERSONALIZED?

We encourage Personalization and may add a day to your shipping time.

 

How is the cross packaged to ship?

We take pride in our work and personally wrap each cross to ensure it will reach the intended destination the way we made it. This attention to detail reflects our commitment to quality and care, ensuring that every product arrives in perfect condition. Each cross is carefully packaged with the intention of preserving its beauty and significance, allowing you to share it as a meaningful gift or to cherish for yourself. Our dedication to this process underscores our belief in the importance of every piece we create. We use crush-proof boxes and high quality protection.

 

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada.

 

What if I want my cross personalized?

No problem. Since your cross is custom made, personalization adds a great touch. Personalization may add a day to your shipping time. Your message will be hand engraved on the back of the cross to preserve the reverence of the cross. This also encourages holding the cross to share your message.

 

What type of Payment do you accept?

Most all payment methods are accepted by Etsy through our Etsy shop.

If we don’t answer the phone, we’re probably busy in the shop. Some tools are loud! Just leave us a message.
