Believe Cross™ accepts US-based Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express debit and credit cards, Check and Cash for custom orders not processed through our online store.
Wood Art Limited Warranty
Art and products produced by Believe Cross™ is covered by this limited warranty to the original purchaser for 21 days from the date of the original purchase against defective materials and/or workmanship. If customer provides Believe Cross™ written notice within the time period of any defects, Believe Cross™ will repair or replace, at its option, any defective pieces.
Due to the handmade nature of all of our products, the exact shape, size, color and texture cannot be guaranteed and any photographs located on the website are depictions only and not the actual product.
Damage incurred by misuse, accident, normal wear or natural cracking of wood or finish due to changes in temperature and humidity are not covered under this limited warranty. This limited warranty is the sole warranty of Believe Cross® and the limited warranty is the sole remedy for customer. Except for the express warranties in this paragraph, Believe Cross™ expressly excludes all warranties with respect to the products sold on this website, express and implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability, the warranty of fitness for particular purpose, and any warranties that may have arisen or may arise from course of performance, course of dealing, or usage of trade.
Even though every cross is made out of domestic hardwood, it may eventually develop cracks in the wood due to drying, humidity changes and temperature changes, particularly for low humidity climates. However unlikely the occurrence, cracks in the wood are not covered under any warranties or guarantees.
Returns
Returns to Believe Cross™ are ONLY valid when purchased through Believe Cross™, within 14 days of the date of purchase and still in its original condition. Due to the handmade nature of our products, exact shape, size, color and texture cannot be guaranteed.
Believe Cross™ is NOT responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. We encourage sending returns through a traceable method (Fedex/UPS) in its original art packaging to protect the cross, if still intact. Pack and seal the box securely. Contact us for a shipping address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Commissioned and custom artwork is non-refundable for any reason based on it being a one of a kind work of art built to customer specifications.
Shipping
Shipping times are calculated from day of shipment, not day of purchase. Transit for most shipments is 2 to 3 work days, shipped from Bend, Oregon.
If there is personalization to your order, text will be hand stamped into the designated personalization area of your cross. This may add up to 1 to 2 work days to your shipping time.
Allow up to 6 weeks for crosses to ship when made to order. We do not cut corners on our processes. All crosses are handcrafted and hand carved. Shipping times reflect this process.
If shipping damage is suspected, please retain all packaging material. Believe Cross™ is not liable for shipping damage and customer retains all risk of loss from the point of delivery to the shipping company. We may assist with filing a claim with the shipping company but are not responsible for any associated losses. Original packaging material will be required for an inspection by the shipping company when a claim is filed.
